Meet The Team

Tina has managed Mere Preschool since September 2016. With a passion for early years, Tina has created a space where children can explore and learn in a stimulating environment and ensures all of the children in her care have the best possible experiences.

Natalie joined the team in 2018. She loves all things outdoors and shows a keen interest in forest schooling activities. Natalie is fantastic at creating wonderful experiences for the children and recently took over our planning within the setting. With her curious nature, she always has the children exploring and experimenting with new ideas!

Hannah first joined us as a volunteer in 2022, helping out as and when we needed her. We saw something in Hannah and knew we wanted to keep her! Her creativity is inspiring. She is caring and a lovely role model for the children. Hannah has recently completed her Level 3 in Early Years.

Sandy has been the longest standing employee at Mere Preschool and has watched children move through the preschool, into school and then into their jobs! Sandy is a highly valued member of the team and is the glue that holds us all together. With her warm nature, wonderful stories and lots of affection, the children love to be around her.

Maria joined us in February 2026 and it's like she's always been here! She has had great experiences from her previous role that she has been able to share with the children and with her enthusiasm and love for early years, she always has wonderful ideas to bring to the setting.
